School Community Council Mid-Year Review
Since August, our School Community Council has been busy! We have reviewed our academic data from the 2008-2009 school year in order to begin creating a School Improvement Plan. Allocations were also made from the remaining carryover Trust Lands funds for 2009-2010. Currently we are busy allocating Trust Lands funds for the 2010-2011 school year. We appreciate the members of our council and their willingness to serve our school!

Trust Lands
Trust Lands funds have been allocated for the 2009-10 school year. Any carryover funds will be discussed by the School Community Council beginning in September of 2009. The funds may be opened again for proposals. All funds for the 2009-10 school year must be spent by the last day of June 2010.
All proposals are on file at the school if you would like to view them. Please contact Katie Reese at katie.reese@nebo.edu.
Submitting a propsal
The deadline to submit written requests for the 10-11 school year is Wednesday, February 3, 2010 (but you can give them to me anytime before then). Your request should include:
1. Who/what department is requesting the funding
2. What the educational purpose is of the request
3. How many students will benefit from the funding
4. A list of the items/materials you are asking for and the cost of each item
5. Additional costs for shipping, tax, etc.
