Fitness Day

Diamond Fork Junior High School will be hosting its 8th annual D-Back Dash 5k race to help promote a healthy lifestyle. This year’s Fitness Day will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The race will begin around 9:05 am in the East (Bus) Parking Lot near Center Street.

ANY PERSON running the race will be required to turn in a permission form (that includes any parents and any other family members who are not students at DFJHS, etc.) Permission forms are due Thursday, May 2nd. Since we encourage family participation in our 5K, you may be in need of more permission forms than what will be provided. There are more available in the Front Office or on the Fitness Day webpage.

We are also in need of adult volunteers along the race course and finish line. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Kasey Larson at 801-798-4052 or kasey.larson@nebo.edu

Reminder: The school doors open at 7:20 AM.
