UTIPS is the next generation of Internet test item pool services that is much more user friendly for constructing classroom assessment. It can be used for benchmark testing as well as school surveys and it has the capacity to give statistical results. These results help educators know what standards and objectives have been mastered or need support. Some of the new options are:

1. 10,000 Searchable questions searchable by CORE Standards and objectives (2,000 Language Arts; 3,000 Science; and 5,000 Math)

4. Statistical reports
5. Multiple questions format
