NHS, Key, and STAR Clubs Feel the Christmas Spirit and SERVE

Wed, 01/03/2018 - 9:25am
(more pictures available)

The National Honor Society, Key Club, and STAR Clubs worked together to bring the spirit of Christmas to many in our community who so faithfully serve us.  They also wanted to bring a some joy to little ones on Christmas morning.

Students got together and frosted cookies (hundreds of cookies) and made dozens of dog toys. The cookies were distributed to staff and faculty members at SFHS to thank them for their service and wish them a Merry Christmas. Cookies were also delivered to various community service organizations (Police and Fire Department, etc.). The many dog toys made at the activity were donated to the local animal shelter and to top it off, students brought toys for a toy drive which were then donated to the United Way. All club members want to wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Service is FUN!
